Refund policy
Any Sunny Skin product can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.
Criteria to be eligible for a return:
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sunnyskin.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
We do not accept:
- a refund on opened or used products.
- and do not offer exchanges.
In addition, we do not accept returns or refunds for Sunny Skin purchases bought in clinics, beauty salons, pharmacies or any store.
PLEASE NOTE Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 20% is applicable for all items that are not defective.Â

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
